Odeure Fragrance Oil Return Policy:

 

If your Odeure Fragrance Oil does not meet your expectations, you may request an exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving your order - provided the product has not been used, seal has not been broken or item has not been removed from its original packaging.

 

Odeure Diffuser Return Policy:

 

All of our diffusers are guaranteed for the first 3 months, which covers any factory defect. We do not offer exchanges or refunds for units damaged due to negligence.

 

We are not responsible for the cost of return shipping. These will be deducted from the final amount of your refund.
